Georgia, also a yoga + movement teacher, guides uplifting, liberating and inspiring classes, that challenge you physically, balance your yin yang energy and help you step into your higher self.

Taylor, a teacher of presence, self-love and the feminine way, is passionate about guiding women back home to themselves. With over a decade of experience in the healing arts, she is a devoted student of the spiritual realm and the lived experience of being a woman. Her classes and retreats are led from the Heart, weaving yoga, ritual, music, breath and stillness, while her Reiki is deeply nourishing, insightful and activating. It is Taylor’s honour to create spaces where women can rest, receive, awaken, heal and remember who they truly are.
