Codes of the Goddess

Within every woman lies the essence of the goddess; wild, sacred, wise and powerful.

To embody the goddess is to reclaim your divinity and embrace the fullness of who you are.

These are the 13 codes of the goddess - a guide to awakening to your feminine energy and stepping into your true power as a woman.

1. You Are the Living Embodiment of Feminine Energy

While we carry both masculine and feminine energies, as womb-man, (I will use this term to describe people who have wombs and identify as women) it is your birthright to embody the message of the feminine on earth. And no, it’s not all love and light, passivity and surrender, as you may have been led to believe.

Embodiment Ritual: Contemplate on feminine energy and what that means to you. How you can embrace and accept all sides of your dynamic, ever changing self and live more authentically?

2. Your Power Lies in Your Cyclical Nature

Womb-man are not meant to be the same every day. Our cycles guide us through phases of birth, creation, rest, death, release & renewal. Tuning into these natural rhythms unlocks a profound source of wisdom and power

Embodiment Ritual: Track your cycle - whether menstrual or lunar - and notice how your energy shifts throughout the month. Honor your body’s needs in each phase, whether it’s rest, action, or introspection. If you are no longer experiencing a hormonal cycle you can follow the moon or contemplate on the current cycle you are in your life.

3. Feminine Energy Attracts

A woman in tune with her feminine energy knows her worth. She does not chase, nor does she give her energy to those who do not respect her or value her. She recognizes her time, attention, and energy as sacred, and she is intentional about who has access to it. She trusts that the right things will flow to her when she honours what she wants and needs.

Embodiment Ritual: Practice discernment by saying “no” to anything that you don’t want to do or that doesn’t align with your values. Create boundaries that protect your time and energy.

4. Challenges are Opportunities for Growth

Life will bring challenges - people may hurt you, reject you, or let you down. Things wont go as you expect. This is inevitable. But the goddess knows she has the power to choose how she responds. She allows herself to feel the pain but does not linger in it for too long. She chooses happiness and refuses to let others’ actions define her reality.

Embodiment Ritual: When challenges arise, give yourself space to feel and process your emotions through journaling, movement, or breathwork. Then ask yourself, “What is this teaching me?”and “How can I respond to this challenge rather than react?”

5. Embrace the Darkness

Living in alignment with your feminine energy isn’t all sunshine and roses. It’s raw, messy and fierce. The goddess embraces her shadows, her anger, and her darkness, knowing that these are part of her power. She doesn’t let her darkness fester or harm others; instead, she transmutes it through movement, song, art, or creative expression. She understands that transformation often requires death and rebirth - and she embraces it fully.

Embodiment Ritual: Next time you feel anger, sadness, or frustration, channel it creatively. Dance it out, paint, or scream into a pillow. Let the energy flow instead of letting it consume you.

6. The Inner Work Makes you Magnetic

It’s not the external things - the makeup, the outfits, the possessions - that makes a woman magnetic. True magnetism comes from the inner work. Energy doesn’t lie, and when your inner world is in harmony, it radiates outward effortlessly drawing what you desire to you.

Embodiment Ritual: Dedicate time to inner work, whether through meditation, therapy, journaling, art or self-reflection.

7. Other Women are your Sisters

The goddess knows there is no need to compete or compare herself to other women. Instead, she celebrates and uplifts other women, helping them see their own magic and worth. She knows that together women are unstoppable.

Embodiment Ritual: Reach out to the women in your life with love and support. Join communities, like our Wild Goddess Retreat, that are are all about authentic connection, empowerment, and celebration of the feminine.

8. Your Womb is a Portal

Your womb is a sacred portal capable of bringing consciousness into the world. The process of anchoring a soul into a woman’s womb is a mystery beyond explanation, and it is a power you carry within you. This divine ability is a testament to the sacredness of your being.

Embodiment Ritual: Connect to your womb through placing your hands on your lower belly and imagining healing white light flowing from your hands. Breathe deeply into the lower belly. Notice what comes up in each practice.

9. Trust in Your Intuition

The goddess is guided by her inner wisdom. She knows that her intuition is a powerful compass, offering insight beyond logic or reason. To live as a goddess is to trust your gut feelings, honor your inner voice, and let your heart guide your decisions. Trusting this voice connects you to your higher self and allows you to move through life with clarity and confidence.

Embodiment Ritual: Practice listening to your intuition by sitting quietly with a question and noticing what arises. Start small, and as you build trust in yourself, take bolder steps guided by your inner voice.

10. Pleasure Is a Path to Presence

The goddess allows herself to savor the simple joys of life, whether it’s the warmth of the sun, the smell of her favourite essential oil, the taste of her favorite meal, or the beauty of the ocean. She lets herself live sensually and creates time to enjoy life. The goddess brings intention and presence to her life through ritual. Whether it’s journaling, meditating, drinking cacao or dancing, rituals ground her in the present and connect her to the simple pleasures of life.

Embodiment Ritual: Slow down and engage your senses. Take a mindful walk, prepare a nourishing meal, have a solo cacao ceremony, create a self pleasure practice, or simply sit in silence and enjoy the beauty of the earth around you.

11. Rest Is a Necessity

In a world that glorifies hustle, the goddess reclaims the power of rest. She knows that rest is not a weakness but an act of self-love. It is by resting and going slow that she replenishes her energy and radiance.

Embodiment Ritual: Give yourself permission to rest. Schedule time for stillness, naps, or gentle activities that restore your mind, body and soul.

12. Embrace the Journey

When all of our energy is placed on a certain outcome or result we lose touch with the present moment and the process. If you are always obsessing about the end goal, you’re going to be left feeling unsatisfied because even if you reach that goal, you will just move to the next one. The goddess knows that there is so much to be learned, felt and enjoyed in the journey.

Embodiment Ritual:
Check in with yourself each day. Are you focused on an end goal, or are you present with the process? Take a deep breath, place your hands on your body, and express gratitude for exactly where you are on your journey right now. Contemplate how you can shift your focus off a desired result and instead be open to the unfolding.

13. Reclaim Your Body as a Temple

The goddess knows her body is sacred and intelligent. She honors her body by being mindful of what she consumes, knowing her health is her greatest wealth. This doesn’t mean being rigid or restrictive. She lets her intuition guide her to make decisions that feel good to her. Through rituals like sensual movement, self-massage, mirror gazing, and adornment, she creates a deeper connection to her physical form, celebrating it as an expression of her divine essence. Reclaiming your body as a temple is a powerful act of self-love and healing.

Embodiment Ritual: Begin with small acts of gratitude for your body. Place your hands on your heart and womb and thank it for all it does. Be intentional about what you consume and how you care for yourself. Explore practices like sensual dancing or self-massage to reconnect with your body as a source of power and beauty.
