Venus retrograde in Aries is a call to reclaim self-intimacy, power, and desire. Aries energy is bold, independent, and expressive, while Venus rules love, pleasure, and values. This retrograde will strip away illusions in relationships, self-worth, and how we pursue desire.
As Venus journeys retrograde in Aries, we are called to reclaim our desire, our power, and our self-intimacy.
Aries, ruled by Mars, ignites the raw, instinctual fire of the feminine—the part of us that knows what she wants, but has been conditioned to suppress, shrink, or second-guess it. This retrograde isn’t just about love; it’s about how we love ourselves, how we trust our pleasure, and how we unapologetically take up space.
Under the Virgo Full Moon, the body becomes the temple where this reclamation happens. Virgo, the sacred priestess, invites us into deep somatic awareness—how do our desires live in our muscles, our breath, our hips? Where have we held tension instead of trust? This moon illuminates the places where perfectionism and self-criticism have kept us from full-bodied, instinctual living. The invitation is to clear, refine, and return to devotion—devotion to our own sacred, wild, and untamed feminine truth.

Somatic Ritual: we will work with breath, sound, movement, and touch to release the old stories that keep us disconnected from our fire. We will call back the parts of ourselves that have been exiled—the passionate one, the bold one, the one who trusts herself fully. This is a time to soften and awaken, to cleanse and ignite, to surrender and step into our power.
